Join us for a beginner-friendly Alien RPG one shot session, perfect for adults who want to explore the world of whimsical tabletop role-playing rather than DnD.

This is an introductory scenario to the Alien RPG (not DnD)! Part of the core rule book, this oneshot will take you through rules, character creation and all that good stuff. 

Please be aware that there will be lots of horror elements, gore, body horror, claustrophobia and tense moments. Character death is absolutely possible… you might even return as something… different…

No need to bring full sets of dice- this is a d6 system only! Character sheets will be provided.

Intro: For the past few months, you and your crew have been stationed at Hadley’s Hope (a colony established on moon LV-426 in the year 2179, population 158). The colony has been establishing well, with opportunity aplenty and risk aplenty too.

Four days ago, wildcatter Russ Jordan was brought back to base with an infection. Something was not quite right, and when he died shortly after, the snake-like parasite that had infected him disappeared into the guts of the base. More people soon became infected, and with more snake-like things running around than security officer Simpson is willing to admit to, order is called for on base.

But that doesn’t matter, you’ve already left. Twenty-four hours ago, your crew headed out on a maintenance run to Processor 9.

You’re 10km from your destination when a nasty mechanical crunch tells you your tractor has given up. With calls back to base asking to help garbled and crackling, you know help isn’t coming.

There’s no option now but to walk back and see what the hell has happened…
